College of Criminal Justice

The College of Criminal Justice (or Criminology) is committed to developing highly competent and ethical professionals in the fields of law enforcement, criminal investigation, forensic science, and the broader criminal justice system. Through a curriculum grounded in theory, research, and practical training, the college prepares students to understand the causes of crime, the workings of the justice system, and the strategies for crime prevention and community safety. Emphasizing discipline, integrity, and public service, the program equips graduates to serve effectively in various careers such as police work, corrections, forensic analysis, and legal support roles, contributing to the promotion of justice and the rule of law in society.

To readily equip the stakeholders of the course program worthy to serve their fellow men, community and country.

Accountability – the quality or state of being  accountable; especially an obligation or willingness to accept the responsibility or to account for one’s actions.

Responsibility- the quality or state of being responsible.

  1. Foster the values of leadership, integrity, accountability, and responsibility while serving their fellowmen, community and  country;
  2. Prepare the students for career in crime prevention, law enforcement, scientific crime detection,  and correctional administration;
  3. Encourage research and inquiry on the nature, causes treatment or punishment of criminal behavior and how criminal justice agencies respond to crime, criminals and victims.
