Key Responsibilities
- Student Support: Provide individual and group counseling to address developmental, personal, and social challenges.
- Crisis Intervention: Implement effective strategies to manage sensitive student cases and emotional emergencies.
- Advocacy: Collaborate with teachers and parents to create holistic growth plans for student success.
- Case Management: Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling
- Valid PRC License
- With relevant counseling experience in an educational or organizational setting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
- Knowledge of counseling techniques, assessment tools, and student development principles
- Proficient in report writing, documentation, and case management
